Bio

Shawna is a leading sales coach for creative services who want to get paid without feeling like a pitch. She helps them communicate more effectively, using her A.S.S. framework, so they can earn cash and serve clients on their own terms.

Her unique experience working in crisis call centers had revolutionized how creative services understand and implement their own sales strategy.

Helen joins the Impact Academy team with experience in sales, account management, and customer service. She also works as an assistant to Strategic Partners Marketing, a local Madison marketing agency founded by Amber.

In her free time, Helen works with her blues-rock band to build awesome live sets at local music venues.
